RECRUITING NOW - BOAT CHARTER BOOKINGS MANAGER.....
.....For Private Trip Boat Charters at Saul Junction.
We seek an individual or partnership to administer weekday private charter bookings on the Trust's trip boat Perseverance. These operate from Saul Heritage Centre on the Gloucester - Sharpness Canal throughout the summer months.
This new role involves:
Picking up answerphone enquiries on a 'pay as you go' mobile phone supplied by the Trust Responding to all enquiries by phone and following up by email or post Organising and confirming the three crew members required for a Private Charter operation Confirming the booking with the customer & crew leader Maintaining a spreadsheet record of all bookings
You will require:
Internet Access
Basic Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet experience - training can/will be given
